We receive many requests for a catalog and for information on our products. Please allow us to answer most common questions.

Catalog: Most of our product range are shown in the website. If you need our complete catalog, Please send your email to admin@cnbouncer.com. We will be very glad to answer any questions promptly.

Customized size and color: The size and color, based on our recommendation, will be customized as per clients’ requirements.

Material: All of the inflatable games are made of PVC Tarpaulin, which gets to the flame retardant standard of BS5852(British Standard).
Logo: we can put clients’ logo almost on all of the products, as long as you show us them the logo you have.

Special design: Send us the details and the sketches of your design, then we will give you our best professional recommendation for reference.

Complete equipments: inflatable games, certificated blowers, repair kits( related repair material, gluewater etc), ground sheet( if designated).

Guarantee: We provides our customer with limited repair and replacement warranty and agrees and warrants only that the products identified by category on the website, which will not be fit for any intended damage, or merchantable destroy

Blower certification: ?According to different location, all of the blowers we provided will get to the customized requirements, at present, which can be CE,UL,GS etc certificate approval.

Mini quantity: 1 piece.

Order procedure:
1. Select and finalize the items you like from our website;
2. Finalize the individual requirement, such as logo, size, color etc, then send us email about them, or call us directly by our hotline;
 Payment terms: T/T.

Production beginning: We will start production of your order after receiving the deposit which is 50% of total payment. When finished, we will send you the related pictures for your confirmation, and We will send you the order after receiving the rest balance. Inflatables
Urgent order procedure: 100% payment is necessary.

Producing time: It will range around from 6 to 10 days for 1 pc or samples, which depends on the design and the dimensions.

Shipping: Any order can be delivered by air or by sea; if by air, it normally takes around 5 days, and if by sea, it will take more time, but it will save much cost for clients.
